GEOTOM SIGTECH has announced the upcoming installation of a brand-new Taikan G-V1630C double column machining center at its facility in Brașov, Romania, in the first half of 2026. This high-performance system will significantly enhance the company’s capacity to produce large, high-precision components for demanding industrial applications across Europe.
The new Taikan G-V1630C offers outstanding performance for large-scale, precision manufacturing, with travel dimensions of 3200 × 1800 × 800 mm, a table load capacity of 8000 kg, and spindle speeds reaching 15,000 rpm. Equipped with a 40-tool magazine, BBT40 spindle taper, and positioning accuracy as low as 0.012 mm, the model is designed for efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility — key attributes for modern industrial production.

Official importer of Taikan CNC in Romania
Earlier in 2025, GEOTOM SIGTECH became the exclusive authorized importer of Taikan CNC equipment in Romania, through a strategic partnership with Machine Import Balkans Ltd., the regional distributor for Romania and Bulgaria.
