Cosmopolis Plaza continues to expand its culinary offering with the opening of Copt de Fericire, a restaurant concept that reinterprets the familiar flavors of childhood through a contemporary gastronomic lens.

Built around the baked potato as its signature ingredient, Copt de Fericire transforms a simple comfort food into a versatile culinary experience. The menu features creative toppings inspired by Romanian cuisine as well as international influences, drawing inspiration from globally popular concepts such as jacket potatoes or kumpir, carefully adapted to local tastes and premium ingredients.

The restaurant is the result of an entrepreneurial initiative developed by Adrian Popescu (known to the public as Cuza), together with Cosmin Natanticu and Cristian Șorea, combining creativity, entertainment experience, and a shared passion for gastronomy. The brand focuses on emotion, authenticity, and the social value of sharing meals.

The new location at Cosmopolis Plaza spans approximately 130 square meters and offers 35 indoor seats, with plans for a spacious outdoor terrace during the warm season. Designed as a welcoming meeting place for families, friends, and the wider Cosmopolis community, the restaurant delivers a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

This opening marks the second Copt de Fericire location, following the original restaurant in central Bucharest. Future development plans include expansion across major Romanian cities, with a long-term vision that also considers international markets. Customers can enjoy the dishes both on-site and through food delivery platforms.

A key differentiator of the concept is its focus on quality and inclusivity. All menu items are gluten-free, prepared using high-quality ingredients, while the potatoes come from a special variety cultivated exclusively in Romania for the Copt de Fericire brand.
